"KEEP IT GREEN” FUNDRAISER CAR WASH PROGRAM

Everybody needs to get their car washed! That’s why selling car wash coupons is an easy way to raise money for your non-profit organization. Sell a coupon for “The Works” LaserWash, which buyers can use whenever they want to. If you’re going to sell products to raise money, why not offer something that your friends and neighbors need and will buy over and over? This is a great way to supplement event income.

American Pride can be your partner on your next project or fund raiser. We have developed a community based program, which is available to all non-profit organizations. There is no cost to you.

Thank you for your interest in the American Pride Fundraiser Charity Car Wash Program. Attached you will find a general information sheet outlining the program, and an application. Please note that your organization MUST be non-profit and provide a current Tax ID Number. Once your organization’s application has been approved, please allow 1 week for us to prepare the coupons and the contract. We will start your organization with a packet of 103 coupons. Additional coupons may be obtained once the initial order is paid in full. Please notify the home office to turn in the money and the new coupons can be ready within 24 hours. All coupons must be sold or returned within 30 days from the start date indicated on the contract. Organizations are permitted one 30 day program per calendar year.

Your fund-raiser Chairman will need to come to our home office to sign the contract and pick-up the coupons. Please note that by signing the contract, you, as Chairman, agree to be responsible for all coupons. All sales last one month. When your sale is over, please bring your money and any coupons that remain unsold to the location where you picked up the packet. The coupons sell for $10.00. Your group keeps $5.00 per coupon and returns $5.00 per coupon to American Pride.
